Job Summary:
LEI is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our creative team. In this role, you will strategically lead and manage the execution of direct response social media programs to support sales strategies and meet business, revenue, and profitability objectives.
- Lead, present and execute direct response plans that translate overall cross-sell strategies that enhance all revenue streams.
- Design direct engagement tests, program forecasting, response tracking and results analysis that support and deliver statistically valid results that drive sustainable lead generation systems.
- Partner with cross-functional and franchise teams to drive successful end-to-end campaign execution to produce industry leading programs that drive sales results across all locations.
Essential Functions:
Primary responsibilities will include leading business associates (both internal and external) to plan, manage and execute all direct response via digital and social mediums, specifically:
- Leading a collaborative team to drive ideas/campaigns from concept to completion through various marketing mediums, including social, digital and email
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive successful end-to-end campaign execution
- Performing ongoing response tracking and results analysis to accurately assess the impact of direct response programs and adapting as necessary
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and product enhancement within direct marketing channels
- Developing informed controls and efficient testing strategies to optimize marketing ROI and sales conversions
- Formulating and managing budgets to minimize costs to ensure optimal marketing ROI
Knowledge and Skills
This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of direct response marketing experience including strategy, execution, and analysis. The applicant must have a proven track record executing direct response programs that meet revenue and profitability goals. Critical requirements also include:
- Robust knowledge of marketing and sales within the Home Improvement Industry
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external cross-functional relationships, and the ability to lead a team to achieve goals on behalf of the Sales division
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic and project management skills. Excellent verbal, written, visual and interpersonal communications skills with the energy and motivation to drive results in an innovative environment
- Manage B2C direct response program development and execution
